Prerequisites
You must be a LastPass Admin (Enterprise or MSP) to generate the credentials.
Copy your Account Number / Company ID and Provisioning Hash from the LastPass Admin Console.
Setup
Go to Viio → Integrations and choose LastPass.
In a separate tab, open the LastPass Admin Console (
https://admin.lastpass.com/dashboard).Note your Account Number / Company ID displayed in the console.
Navigate to Settings → Provisioning and copy the Provisioning Hash.
Back in Viio, paste the Account Number and Provisioning Hash into the fields provided.
Click Validate. If the test succeeds, select Install to start the first sync.
Wait a few minutes; Viio will confirm when the initial import is complete.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Issue | How to resolve |
“Invalid credentials” error | Double‑check that you copied the full Provisioning Hash with no extra spaces. |
No data after 24 h | Make sure the provisioning user in LastPass is still active and has API access. |
Missing users | Viio only imports Active users. Suspended or deleted users are ignored. |
Admin call‑outs
Changing the Provisioning Hash in LastPass will break the connection—update it in Viio straight away.
Viio fetches data every 24 hours

Auth method: Account Number + Provisioning Hash (LastPass SCIM API)
Endpoints called:
GET /scim/v2/UsersGET /scim/v2/Groups
Scope: read‑only; Viio does not create, update, or delete anything in LastPass.
