Troubleshooting & FAQ
Why can’t I see the User Management API?
Make sure you’re using an Adobe account with admin access. If the API still doesn’t appear, check your organisation’s permissions in Adobe Admin Console.
My credentials don’t validate in Viio
Double-check that the Client ID, Secret, and Organisation ID are copied exactly as shown. Avoid extra spaces or missing characters.
Why is there no usage showing for Adobe?
Adobe do not offer usage data from their API, therefore we cannot have access to this though our integration. We recommend rolling out our Desktop Agent.
