With Viio integration to 1Password you can monitor usage and users, ensuring that you at all time have full insights to who is using the application and how often.
Installation Steps
Log in to your 1password as administrator.
Create a user dedicated for the integration.
Make sure this user has permissions to invite, remove and suspend users:
Create a dedicated group with permissions to
Suspend People.Assign integration user to this group.
Log in to your 1password as the newly created integration user.
Turn on provisioning for this user:
Visit the provisioning settings page and click
Turn On CLI Provisioning. This will create a Provision Managers group with the permissions needed to provision and confirm team members, as well as recover accounts. The person who created the group will be added to it.
Go to user profile and copy the secret key:
7. Go to Viio Integration Center
8. Choose 1Password from the list and specify:
Your account name in 1password system.
Email and password of integration user.
Secret key that you copied from integration user profile.
9. Validate and save integration.
10. All set and ready to go :)
