Prerequisites
Admin access to both Viio and Intercom.
An active Intercom account.
Setup
1. Go to Viio → Integrations and choose Intercom.
2. Click Connect.
3. You’ll be redirected to Intercom. Log in with your Intercom admin account.
4. Review the requested permissions and click Authorise Access.
5. Once connected, you’ll return to Viio. The integration will start syncing automatically.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
"I can’t connect Intercom"
Check that you have admin rights in both Intercom and Viio. Also confirm your Intercom subscription includes API access.
"Data isn’t syncing"
It may take up to 24 hours for initial sync. If the problem persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
"What data does Viio access?"
Only user records and basic app usage data. No messages or conversations are accessed.
