Connect your Salesforce org to Viio to see who is using seats, how often, and which licences are worth keeping—so you can tune spend without slowing the sales team.

What Viio pulls from Salesforce

✅ Users

Name, email, profile, status, last-login date

Basic activity signals such as log-ins and API calls

Edition/licence assigned to each user and total seats owned


Prerequisites

  • You must be a Salesforce System Admin (or have “Modify All Data”) to authorise the app.


Setup

  1. Go to Viio → Integrations and choose Salesforce.

  2. Click Connect Salesforce.

  3. Sign in with your Salesforce admin credentials and review the permission request.

  4. Press Allow. Viio begins the first data sync (this may take up to 15 minutes).

Need to disconnect?
Remove the “Viio” connected app in Salesforce → Setup → Connected Apps or disconnect it from Viio → Integrations.


Technical details

  • Permissions requested

    • Access the identity URL service – identify the org and logged-in user

    • Manage user data via APIs – read user records, profiles and roles

    • Perform requests at any time – keep the OAuth token fresh for daily syncs

  • Data refresh runs daily
