Integrate to Azure AD and retrieve your Organisational structure in seconds

Employees & Organisation structure is the backbone of everything you see at Viio. Thus retrieving this information is the first step to get you started.

We map all the usage and compliance data we collect from various data sources to your employees, making sure we collect and connect all the SaaS Management insights to your core organisational structure.

Integration pre-requisites

  • A user who sets up the integration shall have Admin permissions

How to integrate

  1. When first signing up for Viio, click on AD card to integrate

  2. Authorize to AD with your email

  3. Review and agree to the permissions Viio would need to have to your AD account

  4. Save the integration and voila - that's it. Viio will start process the data (usually it takes just a few moments before completed)

  5. Then go to our Integration center and explore more Integrations to start collecting SaaS usage data

Notes on permissions

Viio asks for the following permissions that allow us to read (and only read) your employees information.

  • Sign in and read user profile

  • Read organization information

  • Read all users' full profiles

    • we only read limited amount of information needed like Name, Email and Department
