Integration pre-requisites
A user who sets up the integration shall have Admin permissions
How to integrate
When first signing up for Viio, click on Google Workspace card to integrate
Authorize to Google Workspace with your email
Review and agree to the permissions Viio would need to have to your Google Workspace account
Save the integration and voila - that's it. Viio will start process the data (usually it takes just a few moments before completed)
Then it's time to go to our Integration center and explore more Integrations to start collecting SaaS usage data
Notes on permissions
Viio asks for the following permissions that allow us to read (and only read) your employees information.
View organizational units
View data of users in your domain
we only read limited amount of information needed like Name, Email and Department
