Connect your Zoom tenant to Viio to get a clear view of active users, licence consumption and usage trends—so you can right-size spend and keep everyone productive.

Prerequisites
You must be a Zoom account admin to authorise the app
Setup
Go to Viio → Integrations and choose Zoom.
Select Connect Zoom.
Sign in with your Zoom admin account and review the permission request.
Click Allow. Viio starts the first data sync (this can take up to 15 minutes).
Need to disconnect?
Open the Installed apps tab in Viio, find Zoom, and click the red Remove icon.
Alternatively, remove the “Viio” app from Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps → Remove
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Symptom | Quick fix |
“0 users found” after connecting | Check that the Zoom admin who authorised Viio still has an active licence. Re-authorise the integration if necessary. |
Data stopped updating | The OAuth token may have expired or been revoked. Reconnect Zoom from Viio → Integrations. |
Cannot see Usage metrics | Usage requires at least a Pro plan in Zoom and activity in the past 30 days. New accounts may need to wait for the next sync. |
