In Settings you manage your workspace-wide configuration. Only admins can open Settings.
Looking for integrations? They're no longer in Settings. Go to Integrations in the main menu.
General
Workspace name: the name of your workspace.
Domain: your workspace's domain. It can't be changed; contact support if you need a different one.
Workspace (Customer) Key: the unique identifier you need to deploy the Browser Extension and Desktop Agent. See Find your Workspace Key.
Icon: your company icon, shown in email notifications and surveys. Minimum 256×256 px, maximum 8 MB.
Currency: the base currency Viio converts pricing and cost data into. See Set default currency.
User Management
Invite people to Viio and remove users who no longer need access. Click Add user, enter their name and email, and choose a role: Admin or User. Only admins can open Settings. See User Management.
Data
Data Retention: choose how long Viio keeps your data: 1, 2 or 3 years. Data older than the selected period is permanently deleted.
Invoice Detection – Limit to specific emails: add the email addresses whose inboxes Viio scans for invoices. See How to include/exclude employees from invoice detection.
Browser Extension – Privacy Filter: stop the Browser Extension from collecting usage data for individual employees. When you turn it on, you choose whether to keep or permanently delete the data already collected. Changes are processed within the next day.

Install links for the Browser Extension (Chrome, plus the Silent edition for Chrome and Edge) and the Desktop Agent installers. See Browser Extension and Desktop Agent.
Workflows, Alerts and Notifications
Onboarding: manage SaaS license assignments for new employees.
Offboarding: automate license removal and access revocation for employees who have left. You can email app owners to remove access and set a fallback owner for apps without one.
Ownership Assignment: when it's on, people get an email when they're assigned as an app's owner. See Ownership assignment.
Removed employees: choose how Viio handles employees who were removed from your directory.
Archived Apps
Apps you've moved to the Archived state. Select apps here to change their state again. See App States.
API Keys
All personal API keys created by users in your workspace, with owner, created date and last use. To create your own key, go to Preferences > API Keys. See Viio API.
