Set default currency

Choose the default currency to use across the platform

Managing and comparing SaaS costs and spending in many different currencies can be difficult. That's why Viio uses a single default currency across your platform, in order to make comparison and analysis easy.

Any data that is entered in other currencies will automatically be converted in your views and reports, across the platform.

Setting a new default currency

  1. Navigate to Viio App -> Settings

  2. On the General tab, look for the Currency selector

  3. Choose your default currency

Once you change your currency, it may be a short while before it takes effect across the entire platform, as we need to convert and recalculate all your cost data.

Note: Currency Exchange Rates

We use conversion rates provided by European Central Bank, the conversion rate is based on the day of the financial transaction that your entering.
