Ownership is key for responsibility and straightforward management of your SaaS Stack, so we encourage you to define an owner of the Application who will be in charge of managing the Application and its Terms, approve Invoices, encourage Usage and question whether we still need this tool or not.
In order to assign a Application, just follow these quick and easy steps:
On the Application detail page, go to the Status card
Click on Assign Owner
On the right-hand side panel, choose your employee and hit Save.
If the owner needs to be changed, you can easily do so by following same steps as above.
Ownership recommendation
Finding the right application owner might be tricky, but we are here to help. For every application that is missing an owner our AI algorithm provides you with a recommendation of users, who are invoice recipients from the Application.
Just navigate to an Application ownership section and find a little icon for a hint.
We recommend you being consistent about Ownership to avoid unnecessary spend and minimize data security risks.
