Viio offers an automated invoice detection service, based on attachments send to your organisation from SaaS Applications. We use AI classification models to verify the type of a document, making sure we only include attachments that have been properly qualified as invoices.

All attachments that are classified as invoices are mapped against SaaS applications and relevant data is extracted to support the further analysis. You can review and compare your Spend data from different sources (Invoice detection and accounting system) and spot any areas where mismatch is found.

In addition to this, information from invoices is used to highlight the ownership, billing period and renewal terms, which gives you one more 'check point' for your SaaS Management.

Note: Invoice detection might be subject to data volume limitations. Please consult with your account manager to make sure invoice detection is turned on and that the volume is set correctly.
