Viio integrates to your Tableau account allowing you to manage it efficiently. With the information from the integration you will have clarity and perspective on Tableau users and their activity, licences you pay for vs licences you need, which makes app management transparent and straightforward.

Installation Steps

1) Generate PAT(Personal Access Token) in your Tableau account

a. Click on the right bar and go to the My Account Settings page

b. Go to Personal Access Tokens section

c. Put in the Name of your Token and click Create new token

d. Copy the Auth Token and the respective name that was created

2. Go to Viio Integrations center and click on the Tableau app in order to connect.

3. Provide your Server Address, Access Token Name, Access Token and Site Name here

Note: The server address is what you see on top of your URL when you open Tableau, for example https://dub01.online.tableau.com, the Site name is what you see in the same URL but after the /#/site/SITE_NAME/home, for example below the site name will be "Oveo"

4. Validate your authorisation data and proceed with installation steps on the screen.
