Viio Application States allow you to create transparent and efficient application lifecycle management from first discovery to deprecation. Know exactly which applications needs attention and be aligned with your team.
Viio Application States
You can choose a state for your applications from the list of options we provide
State | Description |
Discovered | Default State. Application has been discovered by Viio algorithms via integrations that you have set up. |
In review | Security & Data Policy Evaluation. Application is being evaluated from a security and data point of view. |
Business Evaluation | ROI analysis. Application is evaluated from a business point of view, whether it brings the value expected from it. |
Disqualified | Adoption declined. Application has not passed the review process, either security or ROI point of view, and is not fit for full rollout. |
Sanctioned | Active. Application has been approved and is in active use. |
Deprecated | No longer active. Application went from active to no longer being used. |
Archived | No longer needed for reports or review. |
How to set an Application state
Go to Application overview page
Navigate to Status Card -> State
Click on State -> a right hand side panel will open up, where you can set the state
4. Choose a state and click Save
Application state is also available in the Application list for review, where you can filter a list down to a specific State.
