In the Viio Insights section, you can access consolidated data from all sources across the platform. The main focus of Insights is on optimizing licenses and reducing costs. The data is logically categorized into three main groups:
Unused licenses across all your integrated products
Suspended/deleted employees with licenses assigned
Overprovisioned products in risk of tru-ups
Unused licenses
The Unused Licenses section displays all licenses marked as unused, grouped by product. A 30-day change indicator shows the product’s usage trend across your organization, helping you assess potential savings. You can click "View" to see all unused licenses for a selected product.
Suspended/deleted employees with licenses assigned
When Viio detects a change in your employee management system (such as MS Azure or Google Workspace), a flag is triggered to indicate deprovisioning of access rights. All employees flagged for deactivation will appear in the Insights section, along with information about their assigned licenses, the associated costs, and their last usage date - providing all the necessary details for efficient offboarding.
Overprovisioned products in risk of tru-ups
Once a contract is established in the Viio platform with a defined license count, the system monitors license assignments to ensure they don’t exceed the contract's limitations. Any plans that risk surpassing these limits will be shown in the Insights section, grouped by application. You'll also see the number of excess licenses and the contract's renewal date, allowing you to take informed action. Clicking "View" will direct you to the license page for the application, with the relevant plan preselected.
