Many users hold a license that is richer than they actually use. Viio flags these cases as downgradable licenses, helping you swap expensive plans for cheaper ones without disrupting work. Downgradable is one of the four license statuses in Viio; see Licenses in Viio for how statuses work.
What is a downgradable license?
A downgradable license is an assigned plan where the user’s measured activity is lower than the feature set provided. For example, a Microsoft 365 E5 user who never touches the security features or uses only basic Power BI reports may be fine on an E3 plan instead.
