We help you keep track of your renewals and never miss one. Viio also recommends to review Usage of the app prior to renewal dates to assess contract terms, licences and more before renewing a subscription.
To set up the renewal settings for an Application, follow these steps:
Go to an Application page you would like to set Renewal settings for
Navigate to Status card
Click on edit Next Renewal Date
4. Specify Billing cycle, next Renewal date and add Payment notes if needed
Now Viio will automatically set Renewal Dates for this Application for you so that you can easily see and plan upcoming SaaS spend.
In the Application list use Next Renewal Date as a sorting column and easily see upcoming renewals for different Applications.
