This integration helps you get started quickly by syncing your employees, groups and organisational units to Viio, in order to map against the data we collect about your SaaS ecosystem.

Prerequisites
You must have Google Workspace admin permissions to set up the integration.
Setup
To connect Google Workspace to Viio:
Log into Viio
Go to Integrations
Search for "Google Workspace - Employees & Organization"
Click the Integration & connect your Google Account (Make sure its the admin account)
Review and accept the permissions Viio requests
Name the integration
Click Save to complete the integration
Viio will begin processing your organisational data. This usually takes just a few moments.
Once the sync is complete, head to the Integration Centre to connect more data sources and begin collecting SaaS usage insights.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
What if I don’t see any users after setup?
Make sure you signed in with a Google Workspace admin account. Only admins can grant the necessary permissions.
What permissions does Viio request?
Viio asks for read-only access to:
View organisational units
View user data in your domain
We only access essential details like name, email, and department.
Is my data secure?
