We securely integrate directly with Microsoft Dynamics's API to ensure we reliably uncover all of your company's software subscriptions.

You can authenticate with Dynamics 365 here. Make sure you have admin access to authenticate. If you are not the user with admin access, you can always invite one here to set up a Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration.

Once getting access in place, simply click Integrate on a Dynamics 365 card in Viio Settings and provide your login details the way you would do online.

Once you complete your login, we will start importing your historical financial data, which will be presented to you in dashboards and lists once import is complete. The historical data look back will depend on the pricing plan you are at, see more here.

We provide lasting integration, which means that the data will be synching up automatically every night, making sure you always have up-to-date information on your SaaS Spend.
